what happens in vegas stays on facebook

uppgift 2

Last week, we sat through a lecture on social media. In short, it handled the history of social media, its evolution and the Internet's contribution to it all.
A lecture that was interesting to say the least, however I would've liked it to have gone more in-depth in characterizing aspects that social media has changed. It has boosted the term glocalisation, where acting locally affects globally. Not in just one direction but any direction.
The idea of social media is an incredibly fast resource. It keeps setting demands on us as individuals to not only be listening or monitoring but instead engaging.
